Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7 day return policy.

• You are entitled to return your order within 7 days of receiving the item without giving any reason, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
• In case of return, shipping and handling fee ranging from ₹49 to ₹79 will be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the order and delivery location. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The products were delivered in the last 7 days.
• The products are in their original packaging.
• The products are completely unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• All original tags, authenticity certificates (if any), and invoice are included.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.
• Items marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

To initiate a return, please log into your account, navigate to My Orders, and request a return, or contact our customer support directly. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup from your registered address.

If your pin code is unserviceable for return pickups, you may be required to ship the product back to us at the following address:

Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Assurance team will inspect it. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Note for Refund on Returns:
If the returned product passes our quality inspection and is received in proper unused condition with original tags and packaging intact, a shipping and handling fee ranging from ₹49 to ₹79 will be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the order and delivery location. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video and clear photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately after verification.

In case of exchange requests, customers are required to bear the shipping and handling charges ranging from ₹49 to ₹79, depending on the order and delivery location.

All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 7 business days.
