Shipping Information
Thank you for shopping at g29fashion.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
- Express Shipping (if applicable): 2 to 4 business days
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or locations in remote areas.
3. Serviceability
We currently ship to almost all pin codes across India. However, if your pin code is deemed unserviceable by our logistics partners, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for your order.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can also track the status of your order directly from the My Orders section of your g29fashion.com account.
5. Damages & Lost Packages
g29fashion.com takes utmost care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:
- Do not accept the package if the seal is broken or tampered with.
- Record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the package to claim any damages or missing items.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a thorough investigation with our courier partners and offer a replacement or refund upon confirmation of the loss.
6. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address, including any landmarks and a valid phone number. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any return shipping fees resulting from this will be borne by the customer.
